But due to some selfish and profit generating people who catch up brackish-water from tide-water of river to get more shrimp, natural salinity of soil has increased over the last decades. Though their volume of production increased, even the margin of profit, in fact they are paying more for their livelihood for environmental degradation. This is the ultimate goal of xi this study paper so that we can know how actually they are paying to cultivate shrimp by adding environmental cost. 1. 2. Objective The study aims to attain following objective to assess the value of lost production of rice caused by retaining brackish water for shrimp cultivation in the study area. 1. 3. Rationale Salinity is an integral part of both soil and water. Like other component of soil and water, a specific ratio of salinity is required to keep balance in environment. But retaining saline water from river must impact on both soil and water with other body of environment which is very simple case in southern part of Bangladesh. The main aim of the study is to asses whether cultivators of shrimp by retaining saline water is benefited in long run or not. 1. 4. Research Questions Under the above mentioned objective the study will possess some research questions which are depicted below To know the history of salinity of study area. How much land is affected by salinity? How much the production of rice as well as other crop decreases over the last decade? To know the ecological change of study area. Which class of people is economically more vulnerable? Quantitative measure of output lost due to salinity. To know the thinking of local people regarding problem and solution of salinity. xii 1. 5. This intervention has to deal with trying to increase my total weight and number of repetitions for weight lifting. The main problem I have been having, mostly with my bench press, has to do with being stuck at one weight at times and not being able to increase the maximum lift or get any more reps out of the workout. I have tried to "shock my system" by increasing the weights to a weight that I could only do one or two times. I have also tried building up my endurance through using less weight for more reps at times. No matter which I have tried, I always seem to get stuck at one point or another. The reason that I chose this form of intervention was because I have tried to talk to many people about why this occurs, but they all seem to agree that it happens to everyone and there is no way to get around it. If I could find a way to avoid this, it would improve my workout a great deal and I would be able to progress at a quicker rate. Besides with the bench, I will occasionally run into problems with any of the power exercises that I do. The military press, front and back, and 21's cause the most problems next to the bench presses. Since separating both shoulders in a skiing accident, I tend to have pains in my shoulders if I work them too hard. Hopefully, by using imagery and setting some short-term goals I would be able to increase the weight much easier than without. I believe that when I visually see the weights on the bar, intimidation may set in and there may be some doubt. If I am able to switch that to positive thought, it may effect how well I am able to lift the desired weight. Besides these exercises, I also chose to track the progress of my push up counts based on sets of three and two other forms of curls. On the bench that I used, I used a bar for one form of curls and I also used the bench curl attachment. I tracked these two not because I was having trouble, but because I wanted to see if either one made a difference in the type of progress that was being made. When hearing the word â€Å"Satan†, people often think of a red man with horns, a pitchfork, and a tail; he is often visualized in the pits of the underworld surrounded by flames. Why does society picture him this way? Some may say â€Å"Because he is evil† or â€Å"Because he fell from heaven†, but people mostly believe this because this is what they were taught. Satan is a figure appearing in many texts of religion as someone who brings evil and temptation. He is known as the deceiver who leads humanity astray, like he deceived Eve into eating the forbidden fruit. Some religious groups teach that he originated as an angel, or something like an angel, who used to possess great piety and beauty, but fell because of pride. Diversity and Acceptance in this Generation In this generation, everyone is about acceptance and diversity. They’re about helping others find cures. They’re about finding diversity in communities and learning about acceptance. We are all of those things, but our parents, well, they’re a different story. It can affect the children of this generation when it comes to their preferences, referring to interracial dating, gays, lesbians, bisexuals, etc. Because there are so many teens out there that are bullied and feel alone because they don’t date the â€Å"ideal† race or sex. Who’s to say we can’t? They try to bring God into the equation. Well, god put us all here didn’t he? Who’s to say that’s part of his plan, for his sons and daughters to find acceptance with each other, in ways not thought possible? For example, Chik-fil-a, a booming restaurant with great food and a big chain, has said they don’t support gay marriage. By saying that, people can now assume that anyone who eats there has the same opinion. That’s astonishing isn’t it? How one person can state their opinion towards such a strong war and it affects anyone and everyone who eats there. Have these people not heard of hate crimes? What if a person that preferred the same sex decided one day, that they want to shoot everyone in a local chik-fil-a just because they can assume that all those people are against gays? All those people that were just EATING are now victims of a hate crime because some idiot can’t accept others. Acceptance: a persons assent to the reality of a situation, recognizing a process or condition (often a negative or uncomfortable situation) without attempting to change it, protest, or exit. I believe that anyone in this world should be able to walk down the street with their loved ones and not have to worry about getting treated differently than everyone else. She was worried they would find a little more anger in the fact we were accepting that we weren’t the same color, but we still can love just as much as two white people or two black people. I think that’s crazy that I can’t go into public with him without my mom worrying about the looks we’ll get or the stares or the whispers. You may wonder, why would I put myself in that position, to be treated like that? My answer; because no matter who you are, what you look like, or the skin god put you in, you still have something in common with everyone else: you’re a human being. You feel love, hate, anger, and sadness. You’re permitted to love and be loved back by whoever god created just for you, whether they be black, white, hispanic, indian, japanese, fat, skinny, tall, short, a brunette or a blonde, boy or girl. To possess the ability to accept anyone for whatever they may be, I believe, is the most power any human being walking on this earth can possess, and with that, you have acceptance of diversity.
