Parents have done this by limiting the chillds time on the computer and restricting the browsing habits of the child through the use of item site blocking software which is loaded into the computer. Some parents though, opt to join their children when they browse the internet kinda so that they can visually see and personally restict the access of the child. Such a practice also allowed the parent to talk to the child about why certain websites are offensive.
